John Thomas Libby III, 74, of Palm Desert, California passed away on June 28, 2017 in Palm Desert, California.
He was born August 10, 1942 to John T. Libby Jr. and Rose Eileen Libby in Vallejo, California.
He married Carolyn Libby on September 26, 2962 in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. John served in the U.S. Air Force from 1961 - 1969 with a ranking of AF-IV.
He was a General Contractor for 40 years.
John is survived by his wife Carolyn Libby; his daughters: Sherri Libby Mullen and Melissa Libby; grandson: John Thomas Libby IV, and sister, Patricia Escalara.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 10:00am at Wiefels and Son Chapel in Palm Springs, California.
FitzHenry-Wiefels Palm Desert has been entrusted with arrangements.
Inurnment will be at a later date at Riverside National Cemetery.
